Cosmetology Background

I am a 2004 Cosmetology graduate of Lake Area Tech in Watertown. Through the past 18+ years of working in the hair industry, I have always been learning by either attending or assisting with many continuing education training classes.  I love to attend regional and national hair shows and events to stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques.

My passion is being creative with colors, haircuts, and styles. My goal is to make sure you are excited and comfortable with your look, and I work with you to ensure that you leave my chair knowing how to manage and maintain your new style.

The Story of My Salon

In 2014,  my family and I moved to Brandon from North Central Iowa, where I had started Envi Hair Studio. Shortly after our move, I had the opportunity to continue my business within a small suite at 7th Ave Hair here in Brandon.

In 2017, the salon underwent a renovation which allowed me to expand the space for my business and allow it to grow. My goal in the salon renovation was to provide my clients with a relaxing atmosphere that allows me to give you the one-on-one attention you deserve during your appointment.

Free Time and Family

In my free time, I love spending time with my family. We love trips to the lake to go camping and fishing. My three boys (10, 8, and 3) keep us busy with school activities and sports, along with never-ending sessions of building LEGOS.

My other passion is hobbies and crafts. I like to do photography, painting, and creating custom projects. Much of the furniture and decor around my salon has been photographed, painted, repurposed, or custom-built by my husband and myself.
